Overview

Your five responsibilities

As a Telara admin, you own the full lifecycle of how agents operate within your organization. Here's how the pieces fit together.

01
Connect integrations
Link your external platforms (GitHub, Slack, Jira, etc.) to Telara. These become the tools agents can use.
02
Set permission policies
For each action an agent can take, decide if it should auto-approve, require a human to sign off, or be blocked entirely.
03
Create scoped configurations
Bundle integrations and policies for specific audiences — a frontend team, the security org, external contractors.
04
Deploy to your team
Push configurations to users. With the Telara CLI, users get connected automatically on next login.
05
Review & approve requests
Respond to pending action approvals from agents, and grant or deny integration access requests from users.

Open the Telara Admin Console

All admin operations are available in the Telara dashboard under Settings and Configurations.

Open Settings

These guides assume you have the Admin role in your Telara organization. If you need the Admin role, ask your organization owner to grant it from Settings → Team → Roles.
