Get the credential

Add to Slack from Telara
Settings → Integrations → Slack, then Add to Slack. Telara starts the OAuth flow.

Pick the workspace
Choose the workspace and review the consent screen. Approve only if it matches what you expect.

Return to Telara
You should land back on the integration as connected.

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and click Connect. Telara sends you to the vendor to approve access, then returns you here. You do not create an OAuth app or paste a client secret.

After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.

Honesty

Known limitations

Telara only sees channels the installed app is in. Private channels need an invite.
Enterprise Grid orgs may need org-level approval before a workspace install works.
