What Telara does

Capability matrix

Before you connect

Prerequisites

A DocuSeal Cloud account, or a self-hosted DocuSeal instance Telara can reach.
Account owner who can open Settings → API.

Vendor setup

Get the credential

1
Open API settings
In DocuSeal, go to Settings → API.
2
Copy the API token
Copy the API token. DocuSeal sends it as X-Auth-Token, not Bearer — Telara’s form handles that.
3
Paste in Telara
Settings → Integrations → DocuSeal. Paste the token. EU Cloud and self-hosted instances also need the API host Telara asks for.

API key

DocuSeal API token (Settings > API in the DocuSeal web UI). Sent as a raw value in the X-Auth-Token header, no Bearer prefix — confirmed against DocuSeal's own OpenAPI spec (components.securitySchemes.AuthToken: {type: apiKey, in: header, name: X-Auth-Token}). DocuSeal is self-hostable: DocuSeal Cloud is the default (https://api.docuseal.com), but the spec also lists a separate EU Cloud host (https://api.docuseal.eu) and any self-hosted deployment has its own arbitrary host. To point at EU Cloud or a self-hosted instance, store a base_url credential field (e.g. https://api.docuseal.eu or https://docuseal.yourcompany.com) — the engine fully overrides api.base_url with it when present (same mechanism used for Jenkins, Confluence, ServiceNow, Grafana; see executor.go). Leave base_url unset to use DocuSeal Cloud.

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and paste the key into the fields Telara shows.

Data handling

Permissions & data handling

Telara has not published a permission list for this connector yet. Treat the vendor consent screen as the source of truth until this page lists scopes.

Excluded from semantic search: Template, Submission.

After connect

Verify it worked

After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.

Known limitations

US Cloud, EU Cloud, and self-hosted are different API hosts.
A token from a member who cannot see templates will list none.
