Before you connect

Prerequisites

A Harvey Enterprise workspace. Self-serve seats do not expose the usage history API.
Workspace admin who can open the admin console and issue an API key.

Vendor setup

Get the credential

Open the admin console
Sign in to Harvey as an enterprise admin. Open the admin console → API keys (or Settings → API).

Create an admin key
Click Create. Name it for Telara. Copy the bearer token immediately.

Paste in Telara
Settings → Integrations → Harvey. Paste the key into the field Telara shows.

Harvey workspace admin API key (bearer). Enterprise admin console. Authorizes the /history/usage export. 60 req/min, max 30-day lookback; best practice is one day per pull.
