An Apollo.io workspace and permission to authorize partner applications.

Vendor setup

Get the credential

Choose permissions in Telara

Open Settings → Integrations → Apollo.io. Start with Connector defaults or select the exact Apollo scopes this connection may use.

Authorize in Apollo

Click Connect with Apollo, review the requested permissions on Apollo, and approve the connection.

Legacy API key option

If OAuth is unavailable for your workspace, select API Key and paste a master API key from Apollo Settings → Integrations → API.

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and click Connect. Telara sends you to the vendor to approve access, then returns you here. You do not create an OAuth app or paste a client secret.

After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.

Honesty

Known limitations

The Apollo app supports all registered scopes, but each Telara connection receives only the subset selected during authorization.

Changing a connection's scopes requires reconnecting it through Apollo.

Apollo rate limits and credit usage follow the workspace plan. Profile and people-search requests do not consume credits; enrichment can.
