A Adobe Marketo Engage subscription you can administer.
Admin who can create a LaunchPoint service and REST API user.

Get the credential

Create a REST API user
In Marketo, go to Admin → Users & Roles. Create a user with the API role, or use an existing API-only user.

Create a LaunchPoint service
Go to Admin → Integration → LaunchPoint → New → New Service. Type is Custom. Assign the API user. Then open Admin → Integration → REST API and copy the endpoint, client id, and client secret.

Paste in Telara
Settings → Integrations → Marketo. Enter the identity/REST endpoint, client id, and client secret Telara asks for.

OAuth2 client credentials flow. base_url format — https://<subdomain>.mktorest.com

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and click Connect. Telara sends you to the vendor to approve access, then returns you here. You do not create an OAuth app or paste a client secret.

After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.

Known limitations

Sandbox and production Marketo munches are different client ids.
A LaunchPoint service without the REST API user assigned authenticates nowhere.
