1
Create a key and token
Open Trello’s developer API keys page (Power-Ups → your account → API key). Generate a token that can read the boards Telara should see.
2
Paste both values

Knowledge
What gets indexed
| Resource | Coverage |
|---|---|
| Board | Partial — not every record the vendor holds is synced |
| List | Partial — not every record the vendor holds is synced |
Sync
Freshness & sync
| Resource | Lag | Deletions |
|---|---|---|
| Board | Up to 1 day | Removed records disappear on the next full sync |
| List | Up to 1 day | Removed records disappear on the next full sync |
Data handling
Permissions & data handling
Telara has not published a permission list for this connector yet. Treat the vendor consent screen as the source of truth until this page lists scopes.
Excluded from semantic search: Board, List.
After connect
Verify it worked
After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.
Honesty
Known limitations
A key without a token, or a token issued against a different key, fails in a way that looks like a bad secret.
Trello access is per member. Boards you cannot open will not appear in Telara.
