What Telara does

Capability matrix

Before you connect

Prerequisites

A Windchill instance whose release has Windchill REST Services and the Product Management domain installed and enabled.
An administrator who can confirm the instance endpoint and grant a read-only account access to parts.

Vendor setup

Get the credential

1
Confirm the REST service
Check the exact Windchill release, the enabled Product Management domain, and the instance's approved REST endpoint. Do not infer CAD-file or manufacturing APIs from the parts endpoint.
2
Create a read-only integration account
Grant access only to the parts and domain-discovery operations Telara will call. The declared method is HTTP Basic Authentication over HTTPS when the site enables it.
3
Configure the connection
In Telara’s Windchill integration settings, enter the instance base URL and the read-only account's username and password. SSO-only or OAuth setups require a separately verified contract.

Data handling

Permissions & data handling

Telara has not published a permission list for this connector yet. Treat the vendor consent screen as the source of truth until this page lists scopes.

This catalog entry does not declare extra semantic-search exclusions.

After connect

Verify it worked

This connector does not declare a credential probe yet. A saved connection means Telara stored the credential, not that the vendor accepted it.

Known limitations

The Product Management domain must be installed and enabled in the target release.
