Open Management Keys
In OpenRouter, go to Settings → Management Keys. This is not the default inference-keys page.

Create a management key
Issue a management key. Inference keys are the wrong class and will be rejected.

Paste in Telara
Settings → Integrations → OpenRouter.

OpenRouter Management API key from Settings → Management Keys. Regular inference keys (sk-or-v1-...) return 403 on analytics endpoints. Management keys cannot call completion endpoints.

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and paste the key into the fields Telara shows.

Inference keys cannot read analytics. That mismatch is the most common failed setup.
This is not the OpenRouter SDK (direct) telemetry connector.
