Before you connect

Prerequisites

A Granola workspace you can administer.
Admin who can open workspace settings and issue an API key.

Vendor setup

Get the credential

Open API keys
Sign in to Granola. Open Workspace settings → API (or Integrations).

Create a key
Click Create API Key. Name it for Telara. Copy it immediately.

Paste in Telara
Settings → Integrations → Granola. Paste the key into the field Telara shows.

In Telara

Granola Personal or Enterprise API key. Enterprise keys provide workspace team-space notes; personal keys provide the authenticated user's accessible notes.

In Telara, open Settings → Integrations, choose this connector, and paste the key into the fields Telara shows.

Verify it worked

After you save, Telara runs a read-only check against the account. The integration shows as connected when that check succeeds.

Known limitations

Personal notes the key’s user cannot open stay out of Telara.
If Granola has not enabled API keys for your plan, Connect cannot finish until they do.
